We are excited to be hosting at least 2 tours this Fall to visit schools implementing our model, and to participate in our Compass Circle model in person. In addition to observing live student Compass Circles, visitors will

learn about our flagship offering, Compass Camp, through an introductory session,

experience the supportive framework the Compass offers to educators by personally completing a Noble Purpose badge, and

participate in a facilitated experiential adult Compass Circle.

Our In-Depth Partnerships
3-year Training Program
for
Schoolwide Implementation
Compass Camp is Valor’s 3-year training and credentialing program for select
schools to adopt The Compass Model. Accepted School Partners select a leadership team to join a cohort of 10-12 schools to complete the Community Foundation Year to establish the Compass model with faculty, followed by Circle Implementation Years 1 +2 to implement with students. Once certified, Partner Schools join our growing Certified Partner Network for ongoing development and community. School leaders receive personalized executive coaching, and our train-the-trainer model establishes the foundation for your school to sustain continuous improvement for integrating the Compass Model into your school's unique culture and conditions.
2-year Fellowship
for
Individual Leaders
Compass Leader Fellowship is a 2-year development journey for school
leaders to grow in their Personal Leadership through a holistic development approach. Our coaches and curriculum center wholeness for leaders, as this is the primary driver for developing whole students. Leaders are guided to address core limiting mindsets, develop meaningful adaptive change to support their highest aspirations, and cultivate an internal approach to leadership that is kind, curious, and balanced. The culmination results in sustainable practices to enhance the tenure of our most impactful roles in education.
CIRCLE FACILITATOR COHORT
1-year Hybrid Course
for
Teams of 3
Our Circle Facilitator Cohort is a 1-
year certification course for schools that
would like to implement a simplified
version of our Compass Circles on a
small scale.
This program directly trains a few
individuals to facilitate Circles at your
school, and supports high-quality
implementation of a complex and
powerful practice on an individual scale.
Although this offering does not include leadership coaching or train-the-trainer resources, participants join a supportive cohort of educators from around the country who are equally invested in comprehensive human development and connection.
