Our 3-day Balance over Burnout experience is designed for any educator who is excited to develop practices that support finding balance in order to sustain in their role, and who would benefit from authentic connection with a community of other compassionate educators from around the country. Our workshop uses the Valor Compass framework to ground in core practices for teacher well-being. Together, we will engage in mindfulness practice, values-aligned connection with a broader community of support, and strengths-based leadership work.

Our Mission:
Teacher Well-Being

  • Teacher stress & burnout are at an all time-high.

  • We are losing teaching talent at record rates.

  • Effective teachers have a lifelong impact on students, one that cannot be replaced.

Our Vision:
Sustain Your Irreplaceable Teachers

  • When teachers feel seen, known, and affirmed, they can do the same for students.

  • When teachers feel balanced, they have the capacity to sustain in their role.

  • Our direct-to-teacher experience centers on research-backed skills for resilience, sustainability, and well-being.

You don’t know how much you needed this experience until after it’s over.” -
