🕜 Arrival & Departure Times: Please plan flights or car travel that allow you to be fully present for the entire Circle Tour. Plan to arrive at the Compass Center no later than 7:30 am CT and depart no earlier than 1:45 CT on October 28th.
🏫 Location: All core sessions will take place at the Valor Compass Center which is located at 4523 Nolensville Pk, Nashville, TN 37211.
⚪ Engagement & Presence: As you prepare for this event please let your colleagues know that you will not be accessible during core sessions. Observing and participating in Circles is an interactive experience that invites you to bring your full attention and presence; as a result we ask visitors to put away devices during sessions and observations.
🏨 Lodging: When planning your travel please consider that the Compass Center is located in the South Nashville neighborhood and close to Brentwood, TN. If you are looking for specific local recommendations as you plan your trip, please review our Visitor Guide.
🍽️ Meals: We will provide a light breakfast, coffee, and lunch on the day of our Circle Tour.
🚗 Day-of Travel to the Compass Center: Once in Nashville, if you are relying on Uber/Lyft we recommend pre-scheduling your rides to ensure you arrive in plenty of time and pre-schedule your departure car to miss the dismissal car line! Valor dismisses at 2:30 on Mondays and we will end at least 45 minutes before that time to allow you to exit before the line gets too long.
