For Compass Camp participants, Training 4 is the beginning of Implementation Year 1, when schools are simultaneously launching Student Circles for the first time, and beginning to develop deeper Quality Skills to improve their own facilitation of Faculty Circles. Therefore, this training has two foci:
(1) introducing some of the Circle 201 facilitation skills like asking Deepening Questions, and utilizing Body Scan and Loving-Kindness Meditation for True North , and
(2) establishing the systems and routines for coaching and supporting your Student Circle Facilitators, including Circle Essential Walkthrough Norming, and providing High Impact Circle Feedback.
