Training 1 in our Compass Camp program includes an introduction to the Compass Circle model, including establishing emotional safety, the core facilitator skill of attune and validate, as well as learning to facilitate True North. In addition, teams are introduced to their "buddy school" and spend time reflecting on a strategy to address their primary adult culture goals for the upcoming school year, including an overview of launching the process of creating your school's Commitments.
