In Training 4 we will focus on ensuring all of you are moving from learner to coach - feeling ready to teach and lead your faculty to become strong Circle facilitators. We will cover a lot in our 2 short days together, with an emphasis on preparing for a strong start to student Circles through the 4-week Launch Unit and with strong routines for rolling out student Badge Work.
