Day 1: Develop Your Leadership Compass

A strong foundation of personal leadership is critical for overcoming the inevitable challenges of organizational leadership. Leaders need to feel balanced and well to navigate the complex issues required. To that end, you’ll participate in different experiences that introduce you to renewal practices that support your body as it navigates the stresses of being a leader. You’ll work with the messages we absorb as leaders that have the power to propel us forward or hold us back. Most importantly, through these experiences, you’ll work alongside other leaders facing the same challenges. Doing this work in the context of community combats the inherent loneliness of being a leader.

Day 2: Apply a Human-Centered Framework to Organizational Strategy

Making meaningful and lasting organizational change can feel impossible, especially given the needs of an overextended workforce, community, and cultural climate. As Valor’s coaching team supports you in implementing our strategic planning process, you’ll step inside organizational systems to better understand the experiences of the people that it impacts, creating a path toward purposeful change.
