This experience is designed for any educator who is excited to develop practices that support finding balance in order to sustain in their role, and who would benefit from authentic connection with a community of other compassionate educators from around the country. Our workshop uses the Valor Compass framework to ground in core practices for teacher well-being. Together, we will engage in mindfulness practice, values-aligned connection with a broader community of support, and strengths-based leadership work.

The Balance over Burnout Workshop connects you with other educators across the country who have faced a similar reality. You will rediscover yourself and your purpose for doing this work and leave with energized and inspired from stories and people alike. You don’t know how much you needed this event until after it’s over."
